Boy that would really help if I were actually in West Hollywood instead of back home in Phoenix. Seems I'm a bit screwed using the legal recourse method.

As I said before, just a ticket and the associated fine would've been sufficient penalty to have gotten the message across. What I'm protesting is the tow trucks and cop lying in wait watching their clock hit 4:00:01 pm. That smacks of revenue enhancement tactics more than an interest in serving the public. $137 to tow a vehicle 2 blocks to an impound yard seems like someone's pocket is getting padded.
