Go get em!

You won't be able to change the rules, but you might get them to change the signs on the meters...........like WARNING. 4 PM Tow Zone

What your family endured is outrageous. I'd embellish the account with a sick baby and having difficulty finding your car. Local TV stations that handle bad business, their BBB, go for it.
You might even want to write Disneyworld, or the plaza's owners.

I'm like this when I've been wronged. I always take a stand.
Someone's gotta do it.
