Nice try, Lindy. And the blind can't see.

Heh, heh. This is an example of someone who is calling me a "dry drunk". Funnier 'n' hell, really.

What's overlooked by my foul fowl (chickenhawkia cowardus) friend is that my flames are directed at those who advocate needless slaughter, cruelty and misery. Those who place making unnecessary war, with all it's atrocities, ahead of medical care for all Americans. And who haven't seen war, who avoided service to their country, and are unaware of how "unsanitary" it is.

It's entirely possible to be truly in recovery from addiction AND dislike those who promote the killing of innocent people, as is inevitable in war, those who tolerate ethnic cleansing, as admittedly practiced by the Israelis, torture of innocent human beings, destruction of families and homes, etc.

FrankC even said at one time that the Afghans got used to having their friends, family and neighbors killed, especially if the US threw "a few goodies" their way. I believe Dan Spires deleted that post to spare FrankC any further embarrassment.

It is even possible to be truly in recover and dislike the hypocrisy of a person trying to sound above the fray while in reality as partisan as can be.

Nope. My hostility is directed at those who would destroy the Constitution in favor of an Imperial Presidency which advocates torture, war, slaughter, imprisonment without charge, representation, visitation, etc.

That is quite compatible with recovery.

What bothers FrankC is my depiction and opinion of him is so accurate. If I were off the wall, he'd be laughing as hard as I am at his description of my recovery.

Gotta be miserable living in that body, and that's his problem.
