Really, the point of my posting a link to the 'zine was not to show off my own column, but the entire 'zine. That's the work product, shared among the three of us "Janitors on Duty". We have our specialties (Sarah's the art director and webmistress; I handle submissions and other correspondence, plus assist with the pages), but the end result is a democratic effort and a point of shared pride.
And to have responded to your comment might have generated something unneccesarily unkind about Tech in the wrong forum (i.e., Community, rather than here). As it happens, I had in mind a much wider audience who seem unable to see that there's more than a semantic difference between "think" and "believe" -- and "feel", as well -- and who use them interchangeably.
