We have principles that govern the movement of energy.
We have movement of energy.

Every conflict is a scientific equation. Every culture and group of people are collectively emitting and receiving signals from all those around them.

Most importantly your viewpoint also sees only one planet, one time and a limited number of people.

For sake of convenient illustration lets assume the spectrum above is a graph of human brain signal bandwidth. We have the low at A and the high at E.

Any given human oscillates somewhere in that range. The positive, productive, intelligent folks are closer to E, while the destructive, incoherent, violent folks are closer to A.

The E folk are no longer capable of easy communication with the A folk because they are on a completely disparate band.

Evidence? The way the west deals with the mid-east. Sane communication almost NEVER works or only works for a very short while. The only form of communication degenerates into violence. Why? Because, like a musical note emitted from flute, from a piece Tschaikovsky wrote, into an arena playing rap music, it is going to be overwritten by lower frequency subharmonic waveforms. It will lose its high frequency and be cancelled out by low frequency signals.

Philosophy can't explain this as clearly as science.

Comparing WWII Axis powers to the current "axis of evil" is an erroneous comparison. The populations of Japan and Germany were closer to D, while their leaders were often operating at B or A. Today's "axis" has populations where way too many people at the A & B levels and not the C, D or E levels.

That's why once the leadership was displaced, these nations could move forward lockstep with western levels of intelligence. The overture signal of peace & harmony and progress was not cancelled out by the masses of these nations.

In these other nations, like a hydra, knocking off one head only seems to generate new heads to replace it - because - their exists a wealth of A & B level folks in their citizenry and these folks fundamentally attract leadership which is on this low level and all intelligent signals dissipate because they are not either powerful enough to overwrite the fundamental frequencies of these masses.

So is the west doomed to succumb to 'barbarian' levels?

Yes and no.

Yes, the nations may succumb: the EU may adopt Sharia by 2123, The US may merge with Mexico into a super-Mexico by 2076 and these regions may move from D & E levels of average intelligence to B & C levels.

But what will happen as a result of these large degenerate motions of energy?

It will push the D & E signals, who will no longer be compatible with these lower forms of expression to a new region or a new place.

One of these places will be cyberspace. Cyberspace will likely remain as a refuge for D & E thinking drowned out by the lower signals. Other nations show promise of escaping B & C levels and moving up to D & E levels over time. India, China & Russia may eventually displace the west in sheer quantity of D & E type thinking.

Let's not forget that Europe and North America were B & C levels for a long time before the intelligence of a few helped elevate the common denominator of these regions.

That help clarify the whole western decline, intractability of lower regions, apparent weakness of elevated thought to influence barbarian masses?

(So when folks here 'return', any D & E thinkers will be drawn to places compatible with such thought. Signal compatibility at work. It will be ironic to be taught history of the decline of the US and/or Europe from a 'foreign' perspective of nations we felt superior to. Those who helped invite decline will naturally have to live a few lives in these new declined zones to try and reverse the results of their ignorance - yeah you know which folks I'm talking about! ;-)
