As I said on CE, there is no one to negotiate with. Even if we wanted to surrender all of Western Civilization, who would we kneel down before? OBL, hiding in a cave somewhere?
Should democratic nations burn their constitutions and disavow all human rights? Just "please don't attack us again." Should we tell all the other religions on the planet to burn their books AND their places of worship, and all convert to radical Islam, so we can all live in "peace"? Should we burn all science books and destroy all knowledge gained in the last 1400 years? Should we crush free debate and free press because to speak against islam is punishable by death? Should we destroy all non-islamic art from EVERY MUSEUM on the planet, as the Taliban was doing Afganistan? Should we put veils on every woman on the planet and tell them they can't work, teach, speak? Should we have their vaginas mutilated so they won't be tempted to cheat on their husbands and it would aceptable for them to make dinner for men?
This is a war against insane fanaticism, and fanatics can't be negotiated with. These are people who believe anyone who doesn't think EXACTLY like they do should be murdered. And to murder non-believers will assure them a special place in a whorehouse heaven.
I think it's clear to me what should be done with them.
