A warning to evacuate was issued before the bombing.

Nevertheless, my comment was in response to alcaray who stated he does not consider Begin a terrorist. Opinions differ on that and I have no particular opinion one way or the other. It is perfectly fine with me for you to consider him a terrorist. Begin might have even agreed with you.

If he was one of those, he was quite the candy ass by today's standards, what with all the warnings and such.
