My house in Florida has been on the market for two months now and now I'm carrying two of everything in both locations. Makes me a little anxious.

Property here in North Carolina is HOT right now. It's up 30% this past year. I should have no trouble turning over my lot as I've decided not to build on it (Home Owners Association nightmare......they just switched the board over and I found they had gone ahead and cut down the second biggest fir tree on my property without even consulting me. I am livid. That and the bill for $1,500 to repave parts of the road for damage done to it while they were building THEIR homes. This came with only 45 days to pay up or they were adding on a late fee of fifty bucks a month!). They can kiss my patootie for that, and if they balk, they'll get sued for trespassing and damaging my property).

I've decided I will build my Deltec elsewhere, on rolling land instead, with NO zoning. That way I can have a garden and no one can tell me what to do. (Ask my mom about that...LOL)
