Listen, I know the anxiety you are feeling.
After your feverish brush with Rita last year and all the worry and stress, I know this simmers in the back of your mind with a "what if?"
I moved a whole month later than I should have, and only the high clouds and a clear Atlantic kept me sane.

So, you haven't moved yet. I certainly hope everything goes well for you. I had a friend in CA. who just completed what you are doing. Both closings were within 24 of hours of each other and only the sale of his house purchased his other. It all went down as it should and the sale of his first house PAID FOR his second. THAT must be nice.

Anyway, try not to sweat it. (Where's your faith?)
Are you using a U Haul truck? I swear I never want to use another; even seeing one on the highway now leaves me with a bad feeling. At 2am, after a 13 hour drive, our U Haul "barely" made it up this ridge. Thought it was going to die on us and that we'd have to carry everything up by hand.

Stress? Oh yeah.
