I have no idea what that is, nor have I heard of the radio show.
I haven't even seen a copy of the new HOA "rules".
I know the neighbour who's going to sue the president of the HOA is not paying him the "$1,500 fee" for road repairs either.

I'll try and find out WHO actually cut the tree down first and why, before I do anything. Make like maybe it even was a GOOD idea...hah!
Lure them out.
(Previous rules wouldn't let you cut down ANY tree more than 6" in diameter.) Then find out my legal recourse and use it as my ace in the hole. The property looks very different. That fir tree was old about two feet in diameter and a good 60-80' tall.
