Thanks for that one Tom. I'm not about to let some guy tell me how to run my life. Especially the last part of it. My life should be getting easier, not harder.

The one saving grace is that there is a huge development going to built in this community just down the road from me that will rival Biltmore Forest. A 300 upper end complete community that will probably double the value of my three acres....I <hope.>
