......is they're apt to change their minds.
After the visit up to the ridge yesterday, sharing some wine with my neighbours, getting the inside scoop on the HOA, and knowing the lots have doubled in value in one year; I am in the pause mode.

Right now I'm in the middle of too many variables to make any more choices. Never say never.
