Once the STS system is cancelled, how will large segments be transported to ISS?

Looking at the solar arrays and other modules at the ISS, one wonders how fragile and bulky components will be delivered in the future to the station? Big dumb rockets? With tugs to manuver 'em close and have the arm do the install?
