Its implementation on the other hand leaves much to be desired. We are going to have to have a shuttle type vehicle capable of launching and retrieving large payloads. I'd like to see a new orbiter designed to be launched piggyback from the new Aries V. This would keep the orbiter and the launch system seperate.
