I'm sorry you are wrong. It doesn't follow that if they need to do something it is a requirement with COTS.

Ask people who use the racks Doug then get back to me. I've spent to much time on this already, by!

BTW, I'm a USA taxpayer and have a right to complain about design decisions that I'm pay for.
