I could be rude and say this only proves how little value this group has!

Try internal equipment racks with science in them. This relates to the value of ISS.

Of coarse they could completely redesign the science to be only a small removable part of the rack...

But, instead of spending billions on that...as they are optioning new commerical launches it is completely solvable problem with a heavy return option with a big enough hatch.
