Hoo, boy.

Pooooor Mark Foley. He thinks with his other head. So let's blame the evil teenagers for taking advantage of him. How dare they parade around looking young and attractive! And maybe some of them played a joke on him! Horrors. It couldn't be because Foley's proclivities were already well-known among the pages.

Did you miss the part where you learn that teens engage in risky behaviors because they're teens, and that responsible role modelling is what adults do? Chris Cannon did.
