Wasn't it George Bush who stood under a banner that said "Mission Accomplished" stating that major hostilities had ended? In May of 2003?!?

We defeated Saddam and installed a new government. Saddam is dead. We won. It's time to declare victory and go home. Let the Iraqi's take it from here. And if they screw up, that's their problem, not ours.

I and millions of other Americans are sick of this misbegotten war. It's time to wrap it up.
