The one I put the most stock in is Charles Goyette. He's currently on a local radio station and I don't think he's got any national syndication although he's often a featured speaker at major libertarian and political events.

There's much to the libertarian ideal that I agree with but I think most members take things too far to the point of greed and completely subvert their responsibility to the society that gave them their own success. Goyette is close to that idealism but we diverge on a few issues. He's more than willing though to debate fairly on those issues and to consider other points. He rarely bullies although I did catch him on it one day and wrote an email critical of the handling of his guest and he read my email on the air and humbled himself to the things I nailed him on. That's a rare trait on ego-driven talk radio.

He attracts major national guests on his show and you can tell he is well-regarded in the political circles. He's been tough on political guests from both parties and has no patience for people that talk around a direct question and often the biggest of the blowhards have left his interviews in anger halfway through.
