A liberal conspiracy would suggest that liberals had at least some sort of plan.
I don't think liberals have a plan- secret or non-secret.
It's been admitted a number of times [including Al Gore] that the potential threat from "global warming" should be exaggerated and that it's more about politics than science.
[Btw, in the art of exaggeration what is better, a little or a lot?]
The same could said about many issues, such as the ozone hole, second hand smoke, high power lines, or whatever the lastest concern is. [Also see: "fake but accurate".]
