I doubt gravity is in any way electrical.

If it were, we would have found ways to mess with it by now.

Most of this is over my head, but there may be hints on ways of extracting this near-mythical "quantum energy" we're always hearing about in SF.

The real breakthrough here may be ways of using temperature to ease construction of nanomachines.
