Aside from lasers

Use the airburst grenade technology from the OICW/OCSW projects, together with high rate of fire of a scaled-up Mini gun, you might be able to do something. With an incoming super or hyper sonic missile, its not so much about hitting it with a big chunk of DU at high speeds, but just getting a small steel ball in its path- let the speed of the missle tear it apart... The point of the grenades would be to create a cloud of frgments for the missile to hit. Even if the missile is jinking too much to deterministically hit reliably with a single bullet (ala Phalanx), some sort of metal 'swarm' might do the trick. I believe the OCSW/OCIW grenades were even directional, so the Friendly Fire issue should be less. Plus, the small steel fragments from such grenades will have nothing like the range or lethality of 50 calibre DU rounds.

The other option would be the MetalStorm technology to fire off air-bursting grenades, simmilarly range programmed. Would be useless against swarms of missiles sent in sequentially.

Lasers would be ideal, but I don't see solid state lazers having the 'nanosecond' kill potential of a chunk of steel slamming through the missile electronics/warhead. IE- even the most powerful lasers we have would'nt have to power to 'flash' vaporize a hole through a missile... They would have to have a time on target that wuld have to be somw fraction of a second. For a jinking supersonic missile, thats an eternity.
