exactly how far along the THEL/MTHEL systems really are. The tests which have been made public are extremely impressive, but I wonder what its real capabilities are and how ready for primetime it really is.

The E-8C Joint STARS were in the prototype stage in 1990, but they performed very well when rushed into service during Desert Storm. I'm betting the MTHEL systems would perform just as well.
