How the hell did a yeast infection occur?
Males don't get yeast infections. I've never heard of such a thing. And I'd bet that most infections can easily be fought off by the immune system within a few days before any discomfort is felt. Three years olds cry for any reason. Give him a bath, he'll cry. Embarrass him, he'll cry. If he sees a lollipop he wants, and you say "no", he'll cry. He probably wasn't even aware of it.
