As I said elsewhere, I'm a paid subscriber to their website. The internet has made it a lot easier to be an informed consumer. I do a lot of research on major purchases, mostly online. Ironically, for things like toasters, I usually just hit Wal-Mart or Target and grab something cheap that will work. All I need is something to make toast.
