Maybe I'm a sexist,
but I must confess I feel much more comfortable with women packing heat on the street than I do men...all else being equal. I suspect women are more likely to handle the responsibility of using a firearm wisely than men are, on the average. Also, just the idea of a would-be rapist getting blown away by his intended victim fills me with infinite glee.
