As I have consistently stated from the very beginning...the invasion of Iraq was a very bad idea. It was borne of neocon naivete...the work of simple-minded buffoons such as yourself who haven't a clue as to how the world actually works.
The "surge" is failing because it was a failed idea from the beginning. Bad choices have bad consequences. That's not a source of "relief" for me. Quite the opposite. The unrelenting and intractable violence in Iraq is no source of "relief" for me. It's a source of pain, anger and disappointment.
For you, this war is little different than a video game you might play on your computer. You are disassociated and disconnected with reality. You are little different than people like Mr. Cho Seung-Hui, except that you rely upon surrogates to do your murdering.
