Iraq is a nation with over 22 million people, some of them quite resourceful. Believing that the insurgents will some day run out of explosives is very naive indeed, but typical simple-minded neocon thinking. Given that it's the neocon's running this war, there is no explanation required why its become such a friggin mess. Stupid is as stupd does.
