I appreciate your comments on chaotic situations. The most chaos I'm likely to ever face occurs when I accidentally take a wrong turn while driving. In other words, I don't know a whole lot about real chaos.

In the meantime, in the US 118 people on an average die in auto accidents, 47 of them alcohol related. Where's the outrage?

If I get your point correctly, your question would seem go to the very core of who we are. The answer isn't very encouraging.
