This Official Notice is to inform you that a subspace dialog has been opened between a member of the MS-Apple support Community, and the Prime Directorate. MS-Apple, suspects that customer R94374L-34, is supplying the Hewlittus Packitus species with banned replicator technology. Under Prime Directive #344 subheading 54 paragraph 3. A copy of this text is available for examination under subspace frequency G544888-54-3.

An official inquiry has been opened. Customer R94374L-34 is hereby ordered to cease and desist any activity which might be construed as in violation of the Prime Directive stated above. Customer R94374L-34 is also ordered to power down his vessel, Life Support and subspace communications systems are allowed to remain online, however shields, weapons, and scanners must be powered down. A D-Class Federation ship has been dispatched to defendant's last known coordinates.

While it is unusual for the O.P.D to communicate with the defendant by breaking into a subspace Tech Support Channel, the emergency nature of such a claim together with ongoing modem problems at the recipients end has left the O.P.D no choice but to communicate with the only reliable method left available. Subspace channel SDG1113456-01-A9684 must be left open for all incoming messages at your peril.
