Regarding: Suspected smuggler R94374L-34

Dear Mr. Primus,

We sincerely appreciate the Notice of Suspician sent by you to the Office of the Prime Directorate. Let me assure you that as usual your anonymity will be assured. Normally we do not correspond directly withour informants, however i thought I'd make a special case for you. By my records you have sent 65 Notices of Suspician in the past 90 days. Good work, you will be rewarded the usual number of credits for this past notice. I especially appreciate that you always use the correct forms while submitting your suspicians. This above all helps the Federation to run like a finely tuned warp coil. Your efforts are to be commended.

Regarding suspected smuggler R94374L-34, you need not answer any more of his inquiries. While we could not find any evidence of your claims, we have decided to trust your excellent judgement and detain the man immediately.
