You have been forward to tech support. First thing we have to do is fill out a ticket and get you a ticket number. Do not loose this ticket number, or you we will have to fill out another ticket, placing you further down the list*

*All tickets are processed in order as we receive them.

But before we fill out a ticket, I must ask if you have read our FAQ page. Many times your question will be answered on our FAQ sheet. I know it is several hundred pages of stuff to weed through, but your question may be there.

If you have not read our FAQ page, please do that. If your question has not been answered, then we can fill out a ticket. The ticket wait is currently 5.6 Alphan years, or 2.1 Earth years.
