I must say that I have been sorely disappointed with the quality of the support I have recieved... Ever since the Federation-Centauri war, all MS-Apple support has been outsourced to the Epsilon Eridani cluster of star systems, and, well to be quite honest they do not speak the Terran interstellar protocol very well... and several times I have tried the subspace chanel specified in my user guide I have ended up getting some sex channel for the ameboids of alpha centauri. While interesting, it was not very useful for my customer support issues.
