I stole a miniature plastic Daisy Duck in 3rd grade

I still have it, and I never got caught.

We were poor growing up...AND I was not allowed to wear make-up (8th grade)...so put those 2 things together plus wanting to fit in...I stole make-up. I never felt guilty....which is strange...but I would get a "high" from stealing...and I really wanted the make-up.

I went to the store with a friend, and she stole make-up, [a couple of years later]...I did not because I just had a "feeling". Sure enough she got caught. [She was a psychiatrists' daughter too!]

I learned my lesson...I wonder if the Doc blamed me.
Even though I did this...I really don't understand it.
Now I am lucky if I can steal some time for myself.
