Didn't mean to ignore you, I'm in Florida....battling the insurance company behind my Workman's Comp. They have refused over and over again to get me a doctor up in NC the past year since I moved, so my lawyer had no recourse but to take them to court to demand they do this.

The trial was set for today, Friday the 13th. In sheer desperation, and with very little funds available to me, I booked a flight down to Florida and a rental car. (Their lawyers had 8 weeks to find me a doctor up in NC.....no, they've had a whole year and found ten different excuses NOT to).
I got a call from my lawyer while in flight, telling me they had faxed him at the ZERO hour to tell him they had me a doctor. So the trial was cancelled. I asked my lawyer if this was a typical ploy they use to humiliate and discourage their "charges". Frankly, I'm glad I don't have to see the lawyer that represents WC. That woman had made my life miserable the past couple of years and I hope she rots in hell.

And YOU'RE pissed?
