I got to see the face of man frozen in confusion as he tried to read a book while the country he was sworn to protect was under attack. This segment of video wasn't available on national news media.

I got to see the real alienation of black voters in the 2000 elections and the anger and outrage it brought out in them as they protested during Bush's inauguration and the courageous black Congressmen and women tried to protest during House's verification of the electoral vote. That wasn't freely available on network news.

I learned a great deal about the incredible weaving of connections between Bush's family and Saudi oil royalty including extensive involvements with the Bin Ladens. Nobody on network news explored those facts.

I got to look into the eyes of Bush's staff during times when they spoke thinking they were out of the media spotlight and see the utter disregard these creatures had for the rest of us. I'm afraid the network news seemed to lose these snippets and only give us the prepared stuff.

Need I go on? I won't because I could write a book about what I learned and I don't have that kind of energy after 3 hours of racquetball. It embarrassed me that I had been spoon-fed the watered down crap our network news organizations dumped on us and I even partially bought into it.

I knew that Moore was pushing one side of the story and yet he let the pictures do the talking. He didn't need to make stuff up. There it was carefully collected and researched and all he had to do was play it. He could've kept completely silent during the entire movie and you would have still been compelled to believe we were being run by lying and ruthless people.

I will never give any credibility to any person that tries to comment on this documentary that didn't find a way to view it in its entirety. The same criteria is in place for Sicko and any of Moore's movies.
