Another sign of pseudoscience
Whenever the facts don't match what a person believes/wants, the
"fact" suddenly changes.
Oh, it's not aliens making the crop circles now, it's interdimensional beings -
yeah, that's it!
Next it will be big purple dragons.
Science at least admits when it is wrong and changes its paradigms, but
True Believers never do.
This all reminds me of a "debate" I had with a creationist once. He knew
almost zip about even basic science, but he knew The Truth! Any kind of
real dialogue quickly became pointless.
The Dark Ages are a' comin', folks! First it was gods and spirits and demons,
now it's aliens and interdimensional beings!
