I didn't say he was.
I just pointed out that tastes change and the sort of corny musical dance numbers from fifty years ago have been displaced largely by generations who live in an environment where most men...don't even dance.
The night clubs of the 30s 40s with live bands and dancing morphed into more passive affairs where folks sat and watched bands play.
The result? Generations of folks who view any sort of male dancing as effeminate, because they are accustomed to only seeing women or entertainers dance.
;-)
I wasn't trying to bash Gene Kelly.
