buy the Iraqi's time to build a nation after 30+years of having anybody who offered real hope murdered by Sadam Hussain.

It will take time for Iraqi leadership to emerge. But it will.

Remember the American govenrment took from 1776 to 1789 to emerge.

Thank God the Democrats back them had a little patientce.
