The taxes on exisitng homes are SKYROCKETING, yet the number of exisitng homes are stagnent on the market, not being sold for over 4-6 months. We don't really know how we are going to heat this house this year and it's been pretty warm here in NE-USA , but I shudder to think of below zero temps in Jan-Feb and watching the gas meter zip by. Stupid Code laws in town Prohibit Pellet stoves and WOOD Stoves, too unless they are built into an addition. Go Figger.
