BUT...in all honesty...my kids lived here last year. They had a huge aquarium that had to be maintained at 78ish degrees, and 2 snakes with temperatures up in the 80ish range with their heat lamps and such. The kids would turn the air down when I wasn't looking....They have their own place now...so keeping the air at 76 is alot easier now....but yeah...800.00 last August. I may have to sell this house. it is a 2 story 2,200 sq. feet 4 bedroom. Only 58,000.00 left to pay though. I have a pool, too...but no one uses it. During the summer, the pump runs 12 hours a day. It all adds up....I just dunno...maybe I can move into Moms' old house eventually. She signed it over to me two years ago. 900 sq. ft and the electric bill runs about 200.00/month.
