Red Tape and CODE ENFORCEMENT
Where we wanted to put the fireplace with insert, it made logical sense, however a neighbor knocked it down beacuse we needed variance due to setback and property line. So adding a tag or small family room on opposite side of house would solve problems but for 45k+ we can't justifyit real soon. Maybe neighbor will bite the dust and new ones will think greener.
