I don't care what the others do, I am offended by this style of deliberate insult for no reason. If in defense, or in response to another, certainly, or uttered in the heat of passion, perhaps. But this constant premeditated provocation out of the blue has nothing to do with politics or discourse, it is childish and insulting and worst of all, in poor taste. And just because it is prefaced by some meticulously documented irrelevance does not make it any more acceptable.
Well, in the interest of free speech, we must tolerate these outrages, but in the same spirit, those who perpetrate them must accept the responses they inevitably generate.
As for yourself sir, who are often guilty of similar lapses in politesse, we must make allowances. You not only have a mirror, you have two, and your frequencies bounce between the two forming standing waves of multiple modes and harmonics, phase and polarity. But in a standing wave there is no modulation. It carries no signal. But at least, you have a sense of humour. :)
