I am surprised to see that people still NEED to have that experence themselves...or have a piece of the ETI craft in your fingers to grub and touch...could YOU really tell the difference between a REAL ETI artifact and a piece of a stealth missile from Iran? Or would you believe that Iranians DO have such things and are about to start shipping them into Iraq the way the Dark Lord Cheney is purporting and bellowing...EVIDENCE...it exists.
Dr. Sagan stated that "Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence." Well also true is that extraordinary evidence requires extraordinary investigation, and an extraordinary investigation requires an extraordinary review and discussion process that is publicly open and honest. The most extraordinary piece of evidence that humanity has never been alone in the Universe is laying there uninvestigated unbiased by an unpoliticized science field and an unpoliticized and free news media.
Here is a nuclear physicist who has NEVER had the experience but has well respected because he provides the EVIDENCE that the government HAS had ETI contact with beings and craft.

The Universe doesn't 'fit into a neat box'...ask a quantum physicist worth his/her salt.
Keep up the GOOD WORK you are doing Lindy...
YOU ARE NOT ALONE in fighting these pseuodoskeptics and strawman arguments.
PEACE...
