Mentioning Americas illegal Mexican border crosser problem is not against the law yet. Pointing a light on those that commit crimes is not being heartless or without compassion. Lindy's logic is the logic of liberal emotion, which is not logic at all.

It's possible to a good guy and still hold conservative views. It's possible to point out that the guy who wants others to fish for those who can't isnt really a "good guy" at all because he wants to enslave others while keeping others dependant.

Such "good guys" as the Seattle School Board are, upon closer examination playing the role of the representative - the mouthpiece that demands others think a certain way while supposedly representing those who can't speak for themselves. It's the way Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton make their living - the role of social parasite.

The social parasite's weapons and tools are guilt, the media, dependancy and indoctrination.

By keeping a certain group perpetually "disadvantaged" they empower themselves to act as a the intermediary between these folks and the rest of the world who now must compensate for this with money and special rights.

The schools have kids feeling guilty as they buy things at the supermarket. They have folks fearing global warming and water shortages. They have kids feeling guilty for being born in America and for being a (shudder) consumer!

They use their bully pulpit which the young must attend to indoctrinate as they educate. They can't help themselves because they feel superior and yet aren't earning superior dollars. So they take it out on the kids of those who are earning the dollars.

They teach about the evil of the corporations where mommy and daddy work. They focus on pollution when they should be focusing on history. They focus on global warming when they should be focusing on geography. They hand out little papers to probe the kids on how much energy they consume, and then tell them that their parents are "energy hogs" who leave a big "carbon footprint" and find out what their parents do for a living and what sort of car they drive. They, all too often, grossly abuse the trust of the masses who send their kids to school.

Now Rob links to this assault on western culture by the Seattle School Sistrict, where kids are supposed to "mourn" instead of "celebrate" Thanksgiving - what a load of garbage! Doing that to kids is a form of child abuse. Take all the fun out of their little lives! Turn them all into guilt-ridden neurotics by the time they are seven!

I call things as I see them.

I can't change what others think of me, and really have no inclinations towards that goal. My posts and my positions are pretty well known here. If folks think me a monster or a saint, none of that changes who I am or will keep me from pointing out those which I believe are right or wrong. Lindy and I have considerable history. She may call me a heartless monster, but by now she knows better.
