Hell, think of the chaos that would insue here if I were capable of spoofing your IP address.

The problem with SS Cards is there is no photo and they are easily counterfieted. (And why do you think the government allows that? Just a Guess: extra tax revenue. They don't give a shit if it is really you or not so long as the withholding flows their way)
