Hole ain't getting any shallower...

Lambda knows he has nothing to hide 'cause everything he does is traceable. So he leads his life without worrying getting caught...

Who's the one with most freedom? The relaxed or the anxious?

A domestic animal is probably under less stress than a wild one. Not sure that should be the main criteria.

As long as I have the choice about carrying a particular card, I usually have no problems with it. I understand the potential inconvenience of that choice--I have a friend who was furious that he couldn't rent a car without a credit card, but even that's just a matter of company policies, not government mandate.

I'm well-aware that my gas card tracks my travel, and as you say, I have nothing to hide, but that's still a choice. Same for the grocery card I use to save money at Safeway. I know they're tracking what I buy for ad purposes, but I don't HAVE to use it.

Even voter ID laws usually have many options that the voter can use for ID. Copies of bills, other IDs, birth certificates, tribal IDs, military IDs, you-name-it. If someone ever proposed that you couldn't vote UNLESS you had one particular government-issued card, I would completely oppose such a proposition.
