You can have a card that carries all that information, but make it voluntary. And KEEP it voluntary.
I can get a card that would let me bypass a lot of the security crap at my local airport. It requires me to supply them a hell of a lot of personal information, including retina and finger prints. But it's voluntary. You don't have to have one to fly. I don't fly enough to make it worth my while, but I could see where a businessman or salesman would find it worth its weight in gold.
