If you're talking about the Cash Lundrum case, I remember some of the pilots flying NEAR this "craft" were burned too, but were under some type of Air Force gag order. They always surface and give their stories to investigators, often at great risk to themselves. I think one of the pilots had permanent eye damage.
I still think it was one of "ours".
