If 4 years ago we had said (and I would not be surprised if Bowser did say it) "Four years will not be enough to train Iraqi police, military and other security forces. We will not be able to draw down our forces at all, no matter what Bush says about the subject."... then you would have shook your head and said: "Oh you leftys. Always predicting doom (if not actively working to achieve it)."
